FINALLY!

So my FAVORITE football team is Chelsea FC and for a small price of £50 million they acquired the services of Senor Fernando Torres. and during this last Chelsea game he finally scored ending his scoreless stretch of 903 minutes.

Phoenix

So one of my top 5 favorite bands is Phoenix: some boho chic Parisian men who also know how to play their instruments. And as I was surfing the interweb I came across this show poster and thought it was amazing.

I wasn't able to see them at this show but I did them when I lived in Des Moines, Iowa.

My day today.

My new pin that I got from Madewell. Its fabulous! It reminds me of a regal vintage piece.

My fun new sunglasses.
Floral, boho style

I frequently have these moments where concentrating on work is impossible.

Today was too beautiful to stay inside. During my lunch hour I decided to go have lunch in Lafayette Square. If you can't tell there is a big white house behind the trees.
Basking in the sun was rejuvenating.

I can not wait for summer.

Florida in July perhaps??

... My pics for the day :)

Vive Le France!

At the office :)

Long live the Golden Coast!!!!!

LUSH life

Mocha Kalua biscotti, coconut cupcake and some iced tea

Vesuvius style, as Jenny calls it.

So my friend Jenny and I went and got cupcakes at Baked & Wired (my FAVORITE cupcakery in Georgetown) and walked by Lush. Such a fabulous place! We decided to get products to do home pedicures and manicures.
It ended up being a wonderful night and my feet never felt soooo pampered :)

Box Wine?!

I found this quote in a book at Urban Outfitters and thought that perfectly summed up my college years. Scratch that, it still applies.

I love days when I wake up in the morning in such a great mood. Its refreshing! and when I saw this picture I thought it was perfect.

To much time on my hands

Feeling kind of artsy.

I love playing with the camera on my computer.

Bienvenue

So I stared at my screen for quite awhile trying to figure out a clever way to start my first post. Needless to stay I drew a blank.
I have always been a journal writer and the other day I was at cute book store in Georgetown looking for a new diary and thought that having a blog would be an interesting way to carry-on with my thoughts. I scratched the diary plan and here I am.
This blog, if anything like my countless journals, relate to fashion, travel, questions, random pictures and really anything that comes to mind.
My thought process is random and I find myself wondering off on tangents before I come to the realization that this isn't what I was talking about and forgot my original thought.
Anyways, enjoy :)
